Terms & Conditions
Front Foot Coaching Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Front Foot Coaching. To help us provide the best possible experience for all of our players and families, please read the following Terms and Conditions before registering.
Membership
All memberships are subject to an initial 3-month minimum term. After this period, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require 30 days’ notice before your next payment date.
Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit or card on the 1st of each month.
Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Paid spaces will always be given priority.
If a payment fails or is missed, your child’s place may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.
If a payment is missed, our system will automatically send payment reminder emails on the 1st, 4th and 9th of the month until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
Missed Sessions & Cancellations
As a growing coaching programme with limited spaces available, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, credited or carried over to another week or month, regardless of the reason for absence.
We do not offer refunds for sessions missed due to holidays, illness, family commitments or any other personal circumstances.
Although it is rare, if Front Foot Coaching has to cancel a session, you will receive a credit which will automatically roll over and be applied to the following month’s membership.
Health & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must declare any relevant medical conditions during registration and inform us immediately of any changes by contacting us on 07825 678513 or via our email address.
To help protect all players, please do not bring your child to a session if they have experienced any illness within the previous 48 hours.
Kit & Safety Requirements
To ensure the safety of all players, children must attend every session wearing appropriate sports clothing and suitable footwear. For football sessions, shin pads are mandatory.
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives with the correct equipment. Front Foot Coaching regularly reminds both parents and players of the importance of wearing shin pads and appropriate kit.
If a child chooses not to wear the required safety equipment, or arrives without it, Front Foot Coaching reserves the right to refuse their participation in part or all of the session if we believe it would be unsafe for them or others.
Front Foot Coaching cannot accept responsibility for any injury that occurs as a result of a participant failing to wear the appropriate clothing or safety equipment, including shin pads.
Photography & Media
We may occasionally take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any images or videos, please let us know during registration or contact us at any time to update your preferences.
Behaviour
We are committed to providing a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for every child.
Front Foot Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme, without refund, if they display bullying, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards coaches or other participants.
Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe coaching environment, participation is at the parent’s or guardian’s own risk.
Front Foot Coaching and its coaches cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained during our sessions, except where required by law.
By registering your child with Front Foot Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
This now reads like a professional membership agreement. It’s well structured and covers membership, payments, cancellations, safeguarding, behaviour, equipment, photography and liability in a clear order.
Emergency Medical Treatment
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, Front Foot Coaching staff may administer appropriate first aid and, where necessary, contact the emergency services. Every effort will be made to contact the parent or guardian as soon as possible.
Personal Belongings
Front Foot Coaching cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings brought to sessions or camps. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile phones, iPads, tablets, smart watches, electronic devices, money, jewellery or any other personal items that children choose to bring with them.
Parent Conduct
We ask all parents, guardians and spectators to behave respectfully towards our coaches, staff, players and other families at all times.
Front Foot Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate a child’s membership, without refund, where a parent, guardian or spectator displays abusive, threatening, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour towards coaches, staff, players or other attendees.
Data Protection
- Any personal information provided to Front Foot Coaching will be stored securely and used solely for the administration of your child’s membership, emergency contact purposes and communication regarding our coaching sessions, camps and services. We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
